Achievement Leader

We currently have a vacancy for an Achievement Leader. MPR/UPR and TLR 2b.


We are looking to appoint a talented Achievement Leader to lead a year group

You will be:

  • a member of our senior leadership team as Achievement Leader
  • an excellent class teacher, leading by example for teachers in your team
  • accountable for leading, managing and improving standards across your year group
  • responsible for the behaviour and pastoral care for pupils within your year group
  • accountable for tracking and analysing pupil progress

About you

You will:

  • be an excellent teacher, who is enthusiastic and passionate about teaching
  • have high expectations of yourself, your pupils and be committed to raising standards
  • want to make a difference and be part of our strong leadership team
  • be ambitious and ready to take on extra responsibility, or an experienced year leader wanting to develop your role in a different setting

  • currently rated good by OFSTED
  • a supportive, hardworking, and committed staff team and have the pupils’ best interests at heart
  • well resourced and actively supported by parents and governors alike

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We currently have a vacancy for a HLTA.


We are looking to appoint a talented HLTA to start in September.

Salary: £21,142 - £23,432 a year
Hours per week: 35.5, Term time plus 5 days

You will be:

  • be enthusiastic, flexible and have the ability to work as part of a team
  • be able to cover lessons across the school in all subjects
  • have experience in supporting individual or groups of pupils for interventions
  • have experience of teaching whole classes
